What to make with a bunch of fresh green chile peppers? - how to make chile roaster

My father-in-law gave us half a shopping bag worth of fresh green chilli Peppers from your garden. What is the best thing, with so many peppers? Most of the recipes you need only a half cup of ice cubes. Suggestions? Recipes welcome, thank you!

I tossed in my dehydrator, they ground into powder in the blender, and stored in an empty spice container.

That's what I do when the season comes to Chile. I take my chili dimensions of the grill and cook until the skin is charred and beginning to share. Then, leave while still hot, rest in a sealed bowl until cool. Once they cooled, you can peel them. Once you peel, chop and freeze in small quantities .. (I have little Dixie Cups) is then bagged after freezing. If you have a recipe for peppers, remove what you need.

ENJOY!

Chile ...?
Mole sauce ... or [see recipe below left]:)

Basic Green "Mexican Salsa"

8 Green tomatillos
1 / 2 large onion
Fresh green serrano chilies - the amount you want
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
10 Coriander leaves - optional
Drag green tomatoes if you do not dry skin. In boiling water, tomatoes and serrano peppers cook for 1 or 2 min.

Country all ingredients. You can use this new salsa for tacos or quesadillas, or if you wish, you can cook: In a pan, add a small amount of vegetable oil and hot, add the salsa, cook for 20 minutes or more.
Serve with eggs! :)
